Communication is fundamental to delivering outstanding property management services. Poor communication . Toronto Alliance prepares newsletters and educational resources to deliver transparency and keep stakeholders informed about routine maintenance or initiatives affecting the properties we manage. We provide the highest level of communication to our clients.

Physical Maintenance

The ongoing physical maintenance of property is one of the most visible signs of good management. Toronto Alliance’s property managers perform regular building inspections, ensuring code compliance is met, provides written reports, implements preventative maintenance programs via an annual and seasonal maintenance plan and supervises all ongoing projects at our clients’ properties. During this process, we provide our clients with the best possible information for them to make informed policy decisions.

We collaborate with trusted contractors across Istanbul to provide monthly maintenance and inspections. This proactive approach allows us to identify and address potential issues early—before they develop into costly problems. After each inspection, we provide a detailed written report and promptly carry out any necessary actions.

Our goal is to ensure lasting financial security for every building we manage. All bank accounts operated by Toronto Alliance are held in the name of the corporation we serve, ensuring full transparency and accountability.

The financial position of our clients’ assets is paramount to our combined success. We work diligently to establish financial security and transparency for our clients. Toronto Alliance provides monthly reporting on the corporation’s financial position, delivers accrual-based accounting and provides investment advice to maximize returns on any cash reserves for repair or maintenance objectives

Meet the team

Mr. Nicholas Chirametli obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Registered Condominium Manger with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and a former member of ACMO’s professional development committee, which provides educational offerings to condominium managers throughout Canada.

Mr. Chirametli is also a past Director, and chairman of the education committee for Community Association Institute (CAI) Canada, providing educational offerings for condominium Boards and Managers across the country.

In 2016, he received the Genesis award from ACMO for coordinating the evacuation and emergency repairs of several condominiums damaged by a landmark explosion in Toronto. In 2017, he was a guest speaker at the industry’s annual conference where he discussed how property managers can effectively respond to emergencies and provide leadership in emergency situations.

He returned as a speaker and moderator at the industry’s annual conferences and has over 15 years of property management experience in management of townhome, low-rise and hi-rise residential properties, commercial facilities and apartment complexes

Mr Ekmekci achieved his bachelor of arts degree in Law & Society at York University Toronto then continued to do his masters in International Management at Koç University. Vedat also has experience in the construction sector working as a director in Canadian Design and Construction Inc and managing projects that are done in high rise buildings from Plumbing to HVAC and refurbishment.

He also has training as a property director from Condominium Authority of Ontario.
(CAO) and certificates from ACMO Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). On top of this he has experience in every position in property management in Canada.
