Vedat Ekmekci obtained his law degree from York University in Toronto and holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Koç University. He is responsible for legal governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth across Toronto Alliance’s portfolio in Canada and Türkiye.
He has extensive legal expertise in both Canadian and Turkish condominium law, combined with hands-on property management experience in Türkiye and Canada. In addition, he has overseen mechanical, structural, and interior refurbishment projects, managing the full lifecycle of more than 50 construction projects in Canada while leading teams of 10+ service professionals.
Vedat’s primary mandate is to ensure that Canadian property management standards are fully implemented across all managed buildings, delivering the same level of quality, service, and workmanship. He oversees the day-to-day operations of all properties managed by Toronto Alliance and serves as a primary point of contact for operational and governance matters. He also supports property directors by clarifying their roles, responsibilities, and day-to-day management obligations.
He has completed Property Director training through the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) and holds certifications from ACMO (Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario). He has also completed workplace safety training in accordance with Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) requirements in Canada.
Mr Jonayed Khan is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience driving strategic financial leadership across leading Global multinational and local Canadian companies. As CFO and Executive Director at Toronto Alliance Property Management, he brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, governance, reporting, and enterprise transformation. Mr. Khan’s responsibilities include maximizing the return on investment for property owners and is dedicated to the financial governance and security of Toronto Alliance’s client properties by generating accurate financial statements and providing strategic financial planning to deliver economic spending and investing policies for all of TA’s clients. Mr Khan is passionate about building a culture rooted in an “enterprise one” mindset—where collaboration, alignment, and shared accountability drive collective success.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) with FCCA (UK) by profession, Mr Khan is passionate about building high-performing teams, leveraging technology for innovation, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and stakeholders.
In addition to his professional experiences, Mr. Khan has a long‑tenure as Condominium Board Director and President for four condo corporations in Toronto, Canada. He was responsible for overseeing approximately $20M USD in operating and reserve budgets, applied rigorous capital planning and vendor governance, and maintained low, predictable maintenance fee growth through prudent financial stewardship. With deep governance experience under the Canadian Condo Act—spanning creating budgets, dealing with new builder warranty issues, and risk mitigation, Mr Khan brings transparent, resident‑focused decision‑making to safeguard assets and enhance community engagement with a key objective to increase the value of your properties.
Sarosh Iqbal is a high-impact business leader with a 15-year track record of driving operational excellence and revenue growth. Since 2010, Sarosh has served as the Director of Operations & Sales at Platinum Suites in,Canada’s largest metropolitan area where he has been instrumental in penetrating new markets and refining high-level marketing strategies. His leadership is defined by a rare duality: the ‘hustle’ required to lead a competitive sales organization and the ‘stewardship’ required for long-term governance.
Beyond his corporate role, Sarosh is a pillar of Canada professional community. He currently serves as Board President at PSCC 868 and Vice President at PSCC 826, positions he has held for over a decade. This extensive experience in governance, combined with an MBA from the University of Oklahoma, allows him to navigate complex contracting, fiscal oversight, and stakeholder relations with precision.

Mr. Nicholas Chirametli obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Western Ontario. He is a Registered Condominium Manger with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) and a former member of ACMO’s professional development committee, which provides educational offerings to condominium managers throughout Canada.
Mr. Chirametli is also a past Director, and chairman of the education committee for Community Association Institute (CAI) Canada, providing educational offerings for condominium Boards and Managers across the country.
In 2016, he received the Genesis award from ACMO for coordinating the evacuation and emergency repairs of several condominiums damaged by a landmark explosion in Toronto. In 2017, he was a guest speaker at the industry’s annual conference where he discussed how property managers can effectively respond to emergencies and provide leadership in emergency situations.
He returned as a speaker and moderator at the industry’s annual conferences and has over 1 5 years of property management experience in management of townhome, low-rise and hi-rise residential properties, commercial facilities and apartment complexes.
Kemal has extensive experience in residential, commercial and Highrise buildings in Canada and Türkiye He has routinely managed various mechanical, structural and interior improvement projects from start to finish. With over 30 years of experience in areas such as scheduling, project management, conflict resolution, corporate strategy and architectural design. He has been instrumental in leading and completing complex projects in Türkiye, Qatar and Canada. He is now bringing his international experience to Toronto Alliance where he is committed to setting the highest standards of property care.
Responsible for supervising a team of over 60 in his service management business in Canada, Kemal delivers leadership and responsive customer service to the entire team at Toronto Alliance Property Management and has developed standardized processes which safeguard the value of our clients’ assets with responsible maintenance practices. His background in construction, mechanical engineering and restoration has delivered property improvement projects valuing $3,000,000 and resulting in savings of over $100,000 for our clients. These initiatives involve quality maintenance and restoration projects at over 110 apartments, condominiums and commercial facilities of which he was responsible for overseeing complex budgets of over $3,000,000. Kemal’s leadership has contributed to trust and collaboration through various departments providing the highest level of customer service and attention to detail. His inclusive approach to business management has successful positioned Toronto Alliance to be a leader in its field by leveraging modern and effective solutions in the West, with the sole purpose of elevating the standard of property management in Türkiye.
